My favorite season is right around the corner! I love Fall. The colors, the smells, the nip in the air! Fall always feels like a time of new beginnings to me. Coming out of the dog days of summer where it’s so hot you feel like you can’t even breathe and into the crisp mornings and cool breezes of Fall is so refreshing. That’s why I’ve decided to create a workout plan to kick off what I consider to be the BEST time of year.
If you’ve been in a funk and need something to revive your fitness efforts or if you’re just tired and bored with what you’ve been doing thus far, this will be a great change. Or even if you’re happy with what you’re doing but looking for a little boost – this plan will easily fit into anyone’s current routine!
So, be on the lookout later this month. We’ll start around mid-September and I’ll take you all the way up to the Thanksgiving holiday.
