Oh my, this is so good. Do you like asparagus? I love it! Especially roasted in the oven or grilled.

My favorite way to cook my chicken breasts is really simple, but very tasty. I just season them with a little Chipotle pepper & garlic powder, then spray a skillet and cook the chicken (cover skillet with a lid) until it’s cooked through and nice and crispy/blackened on the outside. I usually buy thin chicken breast cutlets so it usually only takes about 5 or 6 minutes per side.
Now for the yummy asparagus:
Snap tough ends off asparagus. Place in large Ziplock bag.
Add garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, and 1T. Olive oil.
Toss until well coated.
Roast on broiler pan at 400 degrees 10-20 minutes (until tender)
I added a bit of brown rice to round out this perfectly balanced meal.
